Introduction

Introduction to Hotel/Restaurant Management. This course covers the hospitality industry, including food service, lodging, tourism, casinos, recreation, and convention management. Students learn the departments of hotels, restaurants, and travel organizations both individually and in relation to each other.

MHMCT - Master of Hotel Management & Catering Technology Bachelor Degree in any Discipline with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent examination (45% in case of SC/ST candidates). 2 years
BHMCT- Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology 10+2 with at least 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent examination (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) 4 years
DHM – Diploma in hotel management (Food And Beverage Service) 10+2 with at least 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent examination (40% in case of SC/ST candidates). 18 Months
DHM – Diploma in hotel management (Food And Production & Bakery) 10+2 with at least 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent examination (40% in case of SC/ST candidates). 2 years
B.VOC.(Accommodation Operation & Tourism Management) 10+2 with at least 45% marks in aggregate or equivalent examination (40% in case of SC/ST candidates). Diploma: 1 yr., Adv. Diploma:2 yrs. Degree: 3 Yrs.
